Do you have a lead time for orders?

Yes, we have a 48-hour lead- time for our orders, since all items are baked fresh.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, you are required to spend a minimum of P500 per transaction.

How can I pay?

We accept credit card, debit card via PAYPAL and bank deposit (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, GCash, PayMaya). For bank deposit payment options, our details will be sent to you once your order is placed. Please send us proof of payment, otherwise, your order will not be processed.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No. We only accept cashless payments to keep the safety of our customers, riders and staff.

Is there an order cut-off time?

Yes, Cut-off for orders is at 4PM (+8 GMT) daily. All orders placed after 4PM will be processed the succeeding day. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days, all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be considered on the next working day..

Can I set a schedule for the delivery?

You are required to select a delivery date at the check-out page for your orders. Since everything is baked fresh, we need at least 48 hours to prepare your order.

For special events, you can select the delivery date for your order up to 30 days in advance. If you will be having your items arrive early, please see our storage details here.

Can I specify a delivery time?

Unfortunately, we're not able to specify a delivery time for your order to arrive. Orders will be delivered between 9 am - 5 pm of the scheduled delivery date. Please ensure that someone will receive your order at your specified address.

Is there a maximum number of boxes for delivery?

Yes, this depends on the weight one biker can carry. The maximum number of boxes for delivery is around 20-25 boxes.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is dependent on the city of delivery. Please select your delivery location on the check-out page for shipping rates.

What if my item is unavailable and I've already paid for it?

Although this seldom happens, we can reschedule the delivery for another date when the item becomes available or we can suggest a reasonable substitute. We shall confirm this with you via SMS or email.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Should there be any delays, you may contact us for support via buckysorders@gmail.com. Or send us a message via our social media pages.

What's your cancellation policy?

Your orders are considered final after confirmation has been made. Bucky’s reserves the right to cancel a transaction or time in which case that product or ingredients for said product have become unavailable.
